"Replaced pressure switch and pressure hose, opt test not good, getting error code F38 which is not in the tech sheet, calling tech line for error clarifying and see what we can do next we replace all components that can influence the unit to go in a constant drain. Talk to Scott he said f38 is cause by a defective pressure switch. I told him we replaced the control, UI, pressure switch and hose, he told me that the parts replaced should have taken care of the issue, he asked if he can put me on hold to contact a wpl engineer to help with the issue, he also said that the service pointer calls for the control replacement if unit is in a constant drain, but he can see in service bench that we did replaced the correct parts. He advise to verify that all hoses are clear and the check ball in not seal to the tub he said if everything checked out replaced the equalization tank and hose, and if that doesnt work theyll send it to engineer for review ordering parts recommended by wpl tech.; ordrng 1 W10853581 (Equalization tank) and 1 W10596633 (Tank hose)"

Found condensation in ff section, door is not sealing on closed position, no interference. Door spring is too weak to pull door in tight to cabinet. Door springs (2004567) are nla for this unit. Advised customer. Tilted unit back slightly to allow door to gravity close more. Found scratches on trim panel next to unit"
