Verify the bimetal at the control has 4ohms. 7nit not in defrost, set the control to force defrost , no power coming out of control board. Replaced control from T/S, programmed to 1-2 by label. Started working, force defrost and used steamer to clear frost at the evaporator, by the time I was done the control shorted out. Two straight Lines at the display. Tried to reboot and reprogram, failed. Verified ice maker and ice maker is making ice and cycling properly also has the temperature and filling as should with water explained to customer that if they use a lot of ice they will not give it enough time to fill the bin keeping it empty explained they will have to give it 24hrs to 36hrs to get a full bin of ice. For the temperature being to low on the ff food section i verified the thermistor and its functioning as should so i ran diagnostics and calibrated the temperature in the ff section couple degrees higher explained to customer and let him know that if this doesnt work and the unit does it again it will need the main control board replaced. Called BJ to see if he agreed with me and said yes. Opt test ok.

Ran calibration on unit as well. Explain cust that if the load that inside is not balance the unit will fill with water to try to get the clothes rearrange, if it fails to do so it will drain the water and leave the clothes wet. At that point we have to rearrange the towels or any tile of load that is in it to get it back to spin properly. 6-7 bath towels = a full load and 1-2 tablespoons of detergent per load is all the unit needs. Op test ok"
