Cc that it to cold in freezer and it was getting frosted up in freezer and and now its not cooling at all. Verified temps and ff section was at 70* and freezer at 20* Found frost built up around door and on back panel. Also fan wasnt running because had frost and ice around it. Found that the door was not closing on the left side all the way because of a loose screw on the track leaving a gap causing it to build up frost customer never noticed so it got to built up around the fan causing it to stop cooling because its not circulating the cold air. Verified evaporator and had good frost pattern and it was not a defrost issue because everything is defrosted on the evaporator. Steamed out fan reinstalled everything and explained to customer that these doors you want to close by the middle and open by the middle to avoid jumping any teeth on the track causing it to twist and leave one side of the door open and building up frost as well. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit was banging. Ran diagnostics and did not find any error codes did a manual spin and passed. Ran a rinse/spin with towels and passed everything sounds normal Also looked under unit to make sure everything was normal and it was good as well. Explained to customer that most likely they had a off balance and that when that happens to pause the unit rearrange the clothes and press start button again to finish cycle. Also recommended customer that 6 to 8 regular bath towels is a full load and 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent to wash clothes. Unit working as designed. Opt test ok.
