Verified and found that the fill cup from the ice maker was filled with ice so when water was coming into the ice maker it would splash everywhere took out ice maker and cleaned out for him. Customer said that it happened after he changed the water filter so i explained to him that it could of been air in the lines causing it to leak since unit does not have a water dispenser for him to be able to bleed the lines or the valve is bad. He said he would leave it like that for now and if it happens again he will want to replace the water valve. Opt test ok. "Replaced drain pump. Found mask stuck inside hose and housing of drain. Removed all mask. Let customer know if they are doing items that small to use mesh bags to prevent drain clogging. Set concentration level for detergent to 2x, to put out as much as the unit provides for a cycle. To do that, hold temp and soil buttons. Ran diagnostics, good. Also advised to make sure spin level is turn on correctly as well. Op test ok."

"Cc when trying to use both upper and lower ovens, error code appears.Customer stated upper oven alone will work fine, havent tried to run just the lower oven by it self, but when the lower is turned on with the upper the error message will appear. Ran bake test on lower oven to 350 degrees, then started top oven bake test to 350 degrees. Let cycle for 20-25 minutes, no faults, unit working properly. Customer stated error would have showed up, but also stated it doesnt show up all the time. Could not duplicate issue at this time. Advised customer if error returns to take a picture of error code and call us back."
