Checked temp and both FF and FZ good. FF 37-39* and FZ -1-1*. Door ice separater was sent out, replaced. Maybe a gap was being formed somewhere causing warm air to get in. No gaps around door but used Vaseline to create tighter seal. Got ice and water out dispenser, waiting a few mins, no drips or leaks. Got crushed and cubed ice. Let customer know that sometimes the cubes ice can stick when getting through dispenser and little shards of leftover ice may seem as if it is leaking and really is not. Customer to monitor. Called techline to document, agreed with crushed ice crystals if caught can cause a little water to accumulate. Working as designed"
