Could not feel air coming out of damper so verified the freezer fan and was good took out food and found back wall with frost buildup. Took apart and steamed out everything ran heater in Diagnostics and worked took out thermistor and found it was split with wire exposed. Replaced thermistor put everything back together and explained to customer to wait at least 24hrs for proper cooling in the ff section and to try not to block the vent for proper air flow.
