Looked under washer and shifter was out of place replaced with service pointer shifter ran a calibration and a auto test unit is agitating as should and filling as designed explained to customer that the washer will not fill all the way to the top specially in a normal cycle and only 6 to 7 regular bath towels for a full load and 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent to wash clothes. Unit working as designed. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit stayed locked and would not open lid was not the same issue from previous jobs.Ran diagnostics and did not find any error codes. Looked under washer and found the plastic shroud underneath with a circle mark from pulley spinning on it from a overload explained to customer if they overload the washer and it goes to an off balance unit will pause if theres nobody to pause the washer finding there clothes all wet or washer stock on rinse. Customer did not know they could not go more than half way for a full load. Explained to them 6 to 7 regular bath towels for this unit since its a smaller tub for a full load and 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent to wash there clothes. Ran a calibration and a rinse/spin on unit to verify it would finish. Unit working as designed. Opt test ok.

Lifted up and looked underneath unit, found screw to motor backed halfway out. Used tool to tighten up correctly. Ran and drain/spin cycle for 15 mins. When it got down to the end of cycle, good, no noise. Unit test good. Op test ok."
