Took panel off and tighten all screws for gas on the knobs, still gas smell, took a bottle with water and soap and started spraying all ends for gas line. Found a leak and adjusted. Cust will get knob and paid for adjusting gas line for leak. Cust will install knob. The unit is not cooling the top evaporator frosted back over. I started looking through the text sheet this machine is capable of changing the way the defrost cycle works. I turned it so the defrost system will occur regardless if it needs it or not its more of a manual defrost and less based on the sensors of the machine. Also by customers request I change the temperature reading output to real time temperature instead of target temperature. I explain to them how all that works. Customer is going to shut the machine down move the food and let it sit for two days with the doors open to properly and thoroughly defrost the entire freezer cavity.
