Disconnected water line from the toe panel and had the customer try to dispense water and water came out explained to customer that the water line gets frozen and will not allow the unit to dispense water only if they heat up the line or they will need new door also unit started leaking and it was from the inside of the ff section. Verified and found the water tank cracked as well. Gave customer estimate for water tank and they said they were trying to get a new unit anyways and they rather spend the money on new unit. When taking off back panel i noticed that they were restricting the air when they push the dryer back the vent was getting smashed and restricting the air I tested the thermal fuse and was open also tested element and was shorted. Replaced element and thermal fuse from truck stock tested unit and passed. Explained to customer they were going to have to fix the vent to a way they wont smash it because they could have the same problem again and cause clothes not to dry as well. "Cc that unit was making loud vibrating sound when dispensing water. Confirmed after the second time she filled up the cup the unit started making a vibrating sound coming from the filter housing. Asked customer when did she replace filter and she wasnt sure she said she had another one we replaced it tried it again about 6 to 8 times and no vibrating sound. Explained to her that it couldve just been a bad filter but if it does it again later on it will need the filter housing. Unit as of now dispensing water as should and has good pressure as well. "Cc that unit is not cooling but ff section is good and freezing stuff. Took temps and freezer was at 60* and ff section at 49* explained to customer when there is a leak in the system the compressor tries to keep running so it can maintain the temperature and what it does is freeze stuff in the ff section. Took off evap cover and had no frost pattern only by the cap tube and one row of the evaporator. Could not tap system because the unit is still holding some temperature on ff section for the customer. Called BJ and stated to order compressor, evaporator and uv filter drier. Ordering parts.; ordrng 1 WPW10507886 (Compressor) and 1 W10836706 (Evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv drier)"
