"Cc that the unit will act up on them, they dont have a hook up the Wi-Fi sometimes you turn it off but it wont turn off and they have to go to the breaker to shut unit off. The time changes or it will go faster than normal and that one time they used both oven at the same time and tried to turn one of the off and when they were able to do it, but the oven turned it self on again. Ran diag found F6E4 user interface / appliance manager state status mismatch. Tested all components and pass. Unit needs to be hooked up to WiFi found SP The consumer may experience that the cooking cycle on Series 5 Built-in Oven is not getting canceled and the keypad is getting stuck. The only option to come out of it is to cycle Power.This issue has been fixed in the latest software which is there in production as well as this is available OVER THE AIR (OTA) update. Consumers need to connect the oven to the internet to get the latest software. Called Safety. Closed the job"

If not closing properly, not slamming but giving door firm push to make sure switches are activating and reading correctly, a message can pop up to close door. Showed customer how I closed it and every single time unit is working. Opened and closed door more than 20 times and every time unit worked. Went through service matters and checked to see if any service pointers. Went over service pointer. Went through each step and switches, door, all check good. Even tightened up switch screws, came a little bit closer to door. Tried adjusted right side closer to cabinet/switches as well. Every time testing unit. Has worked. Unit test good. Op test ok."
