Customer states that the dishwasher was leaking she told me she walked in one night and the floor was covered in water and appeared that the dishwasher was filling while I was in the off position. I tried to duplicate the issue I was not able to. Customer told me that she originally shut the water valve off for the dishwasher. She actually never shut the water valve off for the dishwasher she shut the hot water valve off for her sink there was still water going to the dishwasher the entire time. I was unable to duplicate any issue. Unit appears to be working fine. I told her go ahead and use the machine as normal.

They turned the water off and keep leaking , had cust turn the water back on to test, check at the door, no leaks so put some water at the drain tube from evap side. Found main tube not attached all the way causing it to leak every time it goes into a defrost. Drain tube was not completed attached to the cabinet so every time unit started the defrost , all the water was coming out instead going inside tube. Corrected issue, Tested unit at the door and also turned ice maker on to check lines. Op test ok"

Customer had set temperature down to -3 degrees in freezer, and 37 degrees in ff section. Unit has been working normally for the past few weeks with those settings. Inspected unit, temps in ff section at 40 degrees, freezer reading. -2 degrees. No frost buildup on either evaporator. Check compressor health, ran test 4, 3 way valve shifting properly, compressor speed good, condenser fan running. Unable to determine any failure at his time, unit is working as designed. Advised customer we would have to come out and see unit in failure for us to determine course of action for repair. Retrieved control for return."

The noise the customer was hearing was the drain pump. She had the lid open while a cycle was running and it caused the machine to go into a safe mode I showed her how to cancel that noise I put the machine into diagnostics everything tested good there was no codes

Customer is having an issue with the machine cooling its also having an issue with it leaked water out of the freezer freezer once. I called Tech Line I describe to him whats going on he told me as far as the water leaking out since it only occurred the one time make sure that the back freeze drain is not frozen which it is not. All the seals tested good the cabinet tested good theres no holes theres no gaps. Customer had a set a temp gauge is inside the fridge and freezer the fridge register 36? the freezer registered 7?. When I called Tech Line he told me those temperatures were good. Customer also notices at times the temperatures will fluctuate quite drastically throughout the day I tried to explain to him refrigerator goes into a defrost cycle which will cause the temperatures in the fridge and freezer to change drastically. Which is normal. The unit is operating as designed. The water leaking out of the fridge is not duplicatable.

Frost and ice buildup on evap cover, evap fan not working, blades iced up. Turned on manual defrost, defrost heater working. Not a defrost problem, more likely a door was left open causing evaporator to ice up around evap fan. De iced freezer. Freed up evap fan. Evap fan is working. Reassembled freezer, let unit cycle. Good frost pattern on evap, good airflow to both sections. Advised customer to allow up to 24 hrs for unit to return to desired temperatures."
