Ran diagnostics and no error codes made sure suspension was good and it was also made sure basket was not loose also tried leveling out unit a little better because the legs were almost all out but the way the floor is you have to extend the legs to level it. Asked customer if he had some towels to run a rinse/spin to see what it would do when it goes into a spin. Rinse/spin finished with no issues at all. Explained to customer to make sure a full load is 6 to 8 regular bath towels and to try to keep clothes classified so they can try to prevent issues with having more weight on one side like mixed loads causing the issue with going off balance. Can not find an issue with unit. Called techline and spoke with Travis explained issue and stated that everything i checked was good and that it was user error

Cc that unit has a F8E1 error code. Confirmed ran diagnostics and found F8E1 long fill looked in back and found that the drain hose was on the floor fixed drain hose and explained to customer the issue with the drain hose being like that so i started the washer and made sure it started filling and washing for them and found out that the hoses were reversed as well fixed hoses and tested again unit working as designed now. I leveled unit because it was tilted forward and than tested the unit but still leaked replaced wash arm incase it was bad but nothing but noticed the water was spraying pretty hard on door so i lowered the pressure on the quarter turn valve the customer has coming from the basement and tested unit and stopped leaking unit just had to much water pressure.
