FileI called Tech Line theres no way to tell if the E5 code is accurate or not the machine needs to be unplugged and plugged back in order for this machine to erase the code. I did find the condenser was completely clogged and the freezer was 2? above recommended the combination of the two can cause an adequate cooling to prevent the icemaker from cycling properly The tech line did tell me that the E5 code can be displayed if there is an adequate cooling from the machine also test 58 I think it checks the thermistor in the icebox and it indicated it is too warm and cannot produce ice properly Cleaned the condenser

"Cc unit still rocking out of place, doesnt matter the load. With heavy load unit is also squeaking in agitate. Found unit is not leveled, moving from side to side. Adjusted feet in front and back. Sturdy and not moving. Put 6 bath towels in on bulk/sheets. Let unit run, wanted to see agitation. Slow and fast agitation working fine. Drain water out and ran a drain and spin. Drain and spin running and unit not moving around. Customer might also be over loading and or clothes might be to one side and not going in to adjust clothes. Squeaking noise coming from gearcase. No signs of anything leaking at this point. Tried to take off agitator and it was pretty hard taking off. Suspension rods already replaced. Found defrost heater extension not lined up with drain hole. Steamed down drain hole and rerouted heater extension. Freezer door closing properly and sealing. Door gasket is not needed. Ap. "Cc unit oven door not closing all the wayCustomer stated oven door will not always close all the way, will have to give it a push sometimes, and they feel heat is escaping. Opened and closed door several times, door closed and contacted door switch properly. Ran bake test to 350 degrees, good preheat time, no heat escaping from door seal. Open and closed door again several more times. Door will not depress door switch fully intermittently causing oven light to stay on. Light push to door will depress switch fully. Added shims to inner door panel, upper screws. Ran bake test and retested door close, when oven is hot, door will still intermittently depress door switch. Called wp techline, Brian. Sounds like thermal expansion, try replacing inner door panel to start.; ordrng 1 W11334152 (Inner door frame), used 2 487576 () from stock"
