"Cc unit making loud noise when agitating and spinningRan auto test cycle, did not see agitation or spin. Checked under unit, found drive pulley nut loose and belt had come off both pulleys. Sound customer was hearing was pulley rubbing on belt guard. No damage to drive components. Tightened pulley mount nut, reinstalled drive belt. Ran spin test, no abnormal sounds, all functions normal. Op test good."
