"Cc unit agitation is not normal and wet clothes at the end of the cycle customer also stated that the unit goes out of balance a lot, verify that the agitator is only going one way, found error codeF7e5 for shifter fault, replaced shifter with pre Id, explain to customer that pillow, comforter and any heavy item can cause an auto balance load, advice customer to stop the unit rearrange the clothes and restart cycle if she encounters a off balance cycle, she asked if theres a way to bypass the latch, I told her we can not bypass any components and even if we could chances are that the washer might not work correctly. Ran diagnostics and calibration as well as a normal cycle with large towels go the towels really wet, cancel the cycle and switch to drain and spin, unit was rocking a bit, leveled the unit ran drain and spin opt test ok."
