Pressures running at 2inch vac low side, roughly 137psi high side. Found after approximately 5 mins resting low side reached 27psi high side reached approximately 100. Changed gauges. Found excessive pressure on high side after resting for approximately 10 mins, lost some r600 when removing hoses. Spoke wit bj, thinks unit sucked in air, potential low side leak. Called whirlpool tech line spoke with Bruce. Advised of issues. He stated to isolate system and flush. Advised of steel line to drier only has approximately 3/4 inch after cutting would not be able to attach another drier, and cannot solider due to oxygen use in house. Sent pic of line. He is sending for review."

Released nitrogen from system, cut cap tube recharge system from low side blew out remaining refrigerant. Had good air flow, replaced dryer. Repaired leak in suction tube. Recharged to 250 psi of nitrogen, maintained pressure for 15 min. Released nitrogen, placed unit into 30 in vac for 30 min. Maintain sealed vac for 15 min, recharged system with 48 g of r600 refrigerant. Explained to customer to monitor over the weekend."

"Cc unit just humming. Found main control error and pressure system error. Blew through pressure tube, clear. Checked shifter per tech sheet. Good. Was able to cancel by holding button 8-10 secs. Came out of drain lock mode. Ran a diagnostics cycle, ran a calibration. Started a normal cycle. Good. Advised customer of findings. If happens again, would look at possible main control needing replaced. Found unit drain is siphoning water out. Showed customer, he is going to correct today, could cause weird glitch issues as well. Ran Heavy Cycle for 30 mins. Good. SVC only."
