Cc that the units temperature on the ff section started getting warmer. Confirmed checked temperature and was at 48*. So i removed evaporators cover because fan was running and found that the evap was frosted up. So unit started working for them because they had it unplugged for 24hrs and when they plugged it back in unit was defrosted. So i steamed out the evap and found that one of the heater plugs was not plugged in all the way defrosted evap and plugged the heater plug as it should also made sure heater was working in diagnostics and it was functioning as it should now. Explained to customer to give it 24hrs for temperature to stabilize properly. Opt test ok.

I ran a test cycle on unit and when unit started filling it was syphoning the water out i explained to the customer why its happening and that she will habe to raise the drain hose at least 37 high. I still replaced valves with new ones ran a quick test and everything passed as should. Opt test ok.
