"Cc unit moisture buildup up in drum Customer stated that after a load there was water/condensation buildup in drum to the point where she had to wipe it out. Later cycles seemed to be normal without any moisture issues. Customer stated she has an extended warranty, advised her we did not receive warranty information from WP, she will have to call WP or pay service call for diag. She is calling WP, advised JS, she said to go ahead and diag, we will wait for warranty information to come through or she will be billed. Ran dryer op test, checked airflow at vent outlet, good airflow, some lint buildup in cage, cleared out. Let run for several minutes, could not find a heat or airflow issue at this time. Customer also stated unit has tripped breaker a few times since. Checked breaker box, found unit is on a 20A double break. Advised customer to contact electrician as this is undersized for unit, would need 30A. ; saved tckt"

"Cc unit oven not keeping temps or preheating to set tempCustomer states unit is not preheating to temps and staying there, having issues baking. Ran bake test to 300 degrees. Good ignition, Noticed lower drawer has metal pans stacked near top, advised customer that too many metal pans could cause mis-ignition. Let preheat and cycle, temps reading 270 degrees. Calibrated temps +20 and ran bake to 300 again, let cycle. Temps averaging 285 degrees, calibrated to +30 degrees. Ran bake to 350 degrees, average temp at 347 degrees. Advised customer +/-10 degrees from set point is normal operation. Op test good."

I tapped the system. Recovered the remaining Freon. Remove the old parts installed new parts put the unit at a 30 inch vacuum held for 10 minutes. Charge the unit with 6 ounces of Freon a frost pattern started to develop unit tested good recommended customer to wait 24 hours before packing fridge.
