After diagnostics cycle finished got error codes f8e2 and f3e2 for OWI sensor error. Found drain hose going down through the floor, customer informed me that they are having issues with the sewer. Calling tech line to document findings. Spoke to Joel he said set unit in a diagnostics cycle and after error codes finished flashing press high temp button to clear codes and let the cycle finish, the next time the unit start it should run a calibration cycle. Advise customer that if after they fix the sewer they still experiencing issues to give us a call and well take another look."

"Installed spray arm, inner door, feed tube, gasket, and tube. Ran test cycle. Unit still leaking. Called whirlpool tech line spoke with Anthony, advised him of issue and parts replaced. He stated it could be the tub warped. He stated to make sure unit is not slanted forwards. Stated unit could be over filling. Stated could be leaving water in tub after first drain. Checked water level. Stated if unit does not drain all the water out during first drain it could over fill. Stated if water is too hot could cause a build up in pressure. Water temp at 125 degrees. Stated if everything else checks out good, replace outer tub. Stated to drain unit and measure 1.3 gallons and ensure unit filling properly, then measure 1.1 gallons for second fill. Water levels are good. Stated to ask if water temp can be adjusted down 5 degrees. Needs outer tub. Customer does not want to repair at this time.

Customer showed me how much water it gets and I explained to him that the amount he showed me was normal and that on a normal cycle he will not get more than what he showed me. Explained to him that where hes going to get the most water is in a bulky and deep water wash but on normal cycle it will bypass the deep water wash also showed him by running a bulky cycle how much water he will get and if he wants it like that he will have to wash on a bulky cycle to get the most amount of water. But unit is working as designed. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit not making ice, and FZ still getting frost. Took temps, -3* in FZ 45 in FF. Ice building up on left side of FZ door still. Went through service manual and pointers for icemaker. Icemaker is cycling and going through harvest most correctly and calling for water correctly. Seems like warm air is getting into unit and causing for for unit to not properly cool. All fans are working. Gasket already replaced, might be warped FZ door causing leak and ice build up. Ordering door and gasket. ; ordrng 1 LW10341279 (Door) and 1 W10407216 (Gasket)"
