"Cc unit top rack wobbly, not drying dishes fully and not washing properly.Customer had just run a cycle and unit was still hot inside. Dishes were dry, with the exception of plastic ware, which I explained to customer will not properly dry due to plastic dishes unable to hold heat. All dishes in load were clean as well. Top rack is functioning as designed, no excessive movement. Found one rack end stop had come unclipped, reinstalled. Ran diagnostics, no codes stored. Ran auto test, all functions normal. Found no issues with unit at this time."
