"Cc that the unit it starts it self and the only way to prevent that is by pressing lock on the UI, that the top rack adjuster is broken and that the unit is not draining and also that when you pull the top rack out it hits the seal. Replaced both adjuster, drained unit by pressing cancel, it took 2 times, removed drain pump found a small piece of glass and food . Removed and tested unit. Unit is draining slow , check the hose to make sure that is not kinked, is not , most likely drain pump has become week, due to been clogged and still try to drain , also unit will need UI. ; ordrng 1 W11084650 (Ui) and 1 W10876537 (Drain pump)"

"Cc that the freezer has lots of frost when is on 4 and when is on 5 it makes even more. Found freezer door not shutting all the way, removed door and steamed out all ice and added oil on hinges so the door can close better. Had cust test the door, they never new that when the door is almost close it shuts it self. They said that that never happened. Now door seals all the way, explain cust why that happens.Op test ok."
