Heard it very low, unplugged unit and installed a piercing valve on compressor and took pressure started going up to 55. Added nitrogen on the system 120psi , cant find leak. Called whirlpool tech line. He told me to replace 3way valve. Is sound like a restriction but is more likely that the 3way valve is not rotating. Unit will need 3way valve. 3 job count.; ordrng 1 W11094466 (3way valve)"

Cust said that how is possible that when we are here the washer starts but she have to struggle to get it going. Ran diag found error code f0e9 OB pause, explain cust that when the unit stops and she have to come back and start the unit she has to rearrange clothes and then started back on , unit will continue where it was left of. Unplugged unit and waited and then plugged back in. Had cust start unit. Explain that she has to press the turn on button fist and then start for 3 seconds and unit will start the cycle, unit is working as designed. Op test ok."

"Cc unit is not drying, customer said knife or something fell onto heater. Going through diagnostics, no error codes, running through to check heater at end. Heater is coming on. Poured water on and showed customer. Cleaned off all burnt particles under heater. Unit is running correctly. As far as the burning smell. Would recommend dishwasher cleaner or looking online if needed to see what else can dissipate the smell. Smell will go away over time. Unit test good."
