"Cc unit not putting out a lot of detergent. Changed concentration back down to 2x which will put out most detergent. Replaced hot valve, dispenser and dosing pump. Started unit up, watched dosing pump take detergent and put into unit basket. Good. No error codes. Drain pump is good, nothing stuck. Let customer know unit is on concentration level that will give it the most detergent, make sure spin level is on correct level when using so all water can be drained and can also do an additional drain spin cycle if needed.
