Customer not very satisfied with unit she said it always goes off balance no matter if is a small load check for spring shocks they are good ran drain and spin pass did not bang or go off balance ran 5 towels and two jeans and she said thats not heavy enough she said Im wasting her time cause is not doing it explain her that her unit could get off balance if she either doing on even loads or in the end of cycle could get off balance advise her to pause unit and re arrange then press play she said she does that and that I cant check unit with only 5 towels and two jeans so shes wants me to run some jeans and shirts of how she do laundry and it did not when off balance and I also record underneath unit to show her how close the shield is to the floor and that next time do 4 jeans instead of 6 and some shirts and make sure is even opt test ok cycle complete working as design
