Customer is having an issue with her electric not drying clothes properly. Inspected the heating circuit everything test good. There is a venting issue customer has a new deck addition that runs right over the dryer vent outlet. The deck is low to the ground where the vent exits the house it also has one of those metal window guards with the combination of the window guard and the low deck it creates a confined space allowing in adequate venting. The only solution is to reroute the vent or remove the window guard customer also has a in line vent trap for the dryer. Were you can divert the hot air through the vents or divert the hotter out the vents to blow the hot air into the room. The quickest option would be to vent into the room I did explain to the customer that this does create more moisture in the room. This room also contains their central air unit which is a giant dehumidifier. Which would be a viable option to just vent into the room while the central air is running so it removes the moisture and also run a dehumidifier just in case. this would be the cheapest quickest option.

Customer was experiencing some noises coming from the machine I also re-leveled the machine it was not level. We went over proper loading procedure and soap usage unit tested good all noises were normal

Customer is having an issue with the fabric softener and bleach valve not dispensing properly. I took the machine apart and had no error codes. I tested the individual water solenoids each were within spec which is 1k ohms. From there I reassembled the machine put the machine back into test mode individually turned on each water solenoid through the test cycle everything is operating. I took the dispenser apart I cleaned it did not find any blockage. "Took POP . Cc that the unit is not cooling and that they had to turn the cooling off because it had an alarm every 4 hours or so. When arrived turned cooling back on, no fan running. Only the condenser fan was running. Took back panel off and verify all connections, found a connector on compressor not all the way in. Plugged in all the way and compressor started for a second and then it stopped, I unplugged unit and waited and plugged back in. No changes, took front panel off and verify connections in the front. They were all good. When put unit back together compressor and evap fan started running. Advice cust to monitor. And allow unit 24 hours to reach normal temps. Op test ok"
