"Cc that unit has shut off on him a few times but then starts working fine and ice maker just stopped working before even that started to happen. Checked temps and freezer was at 4* and ff section at 39*. Ran diagnostics for the ice maker and no error codes, so than I cycled the ice maker and passed than tried the water fill and the valve sounded weird and no water came in to the ice maker. Took apart ceiling to check valve and make sure line wasnt frozen which it was. Checked heater and it was good. So I cleared out line and sealed the line with permagum to prevent from freezing and also sealed the rear of the icebox. For the shutting off issue I found that leaving the deli drawer ui unplugged unit started working as should so I recommended customer to leave board unplugged unit will still cool and work with it unplugged and if issue goes away than were good if not she will need main board and ui replaced.; ordrng 1 W10843055 (Main board) and 1 W11504920 (Ui), used 1 SHIPPING (SHIPPING LOGISTICS*) from stock"

"Upon arrival found that high side pressure was to high, called wp and gave them info they asked for. Wp had me change the filter dryer and purge the system. Reclaimed 6 oz of r134, removed old dryer installed new dryer. Put unit in 120 psi of nitrogen for 20 min held, placed unit in to a 30 lbs vac. Held vac for 30 min, charged with 6 oz of r134. Let unit run for 20 min, unit pressures done the same as before. Low side 10 psi high side 210 psi. Call W.P back, tech line deemed unit unrepairable. Used filter dryer from truck stock.; used 1 Wpw10143759 (Filter dry) from stock"

"Cc that unit started doing the same thing works fine for a while and than stuff in freezer start thawing and than just freeze again. Checked temps in freezer and it was at 6* and ff section at 37*. Control board and ui have been replaced already, but I noticed that the right hand door if you open it light didnt turn on and I found switch broken so I tried to replace it but the switch is stuck because it has insulation all around it and if I try to pry it hard it can crack the liner or rip the wires so I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke with Derek explained the issue and what happened with the switch also sent him a picture of switch and insulation around it and he stated its not repairable going under review they will contact customer with any further instructions."
