Cc that unit is not cooling. When i arrived unit was unplugged and doors opened because those were the instructions that customer was given. Explained to her that it is hard for us to diagnose the unit this way because we really wouldnt know the temperatures if it was a defrost or control issue. So i turned unit on waited for a couple of minutes to see if the unit would build up a frost pattern and it had half way of frost also checked temperatures and were set at 5* so changed it to 0* waited for a couple more minutes and it did unit had frost pattern all around. Explained to customer that unit is working as should and to monitor for now because everything is working as should if anything to call us back and to leave the unit plugged in. Opt test ok.
