It appeared that the icemaker was in the off position. I turned it on ran a manual cycle everything tested good. This style icemaker its possible when the bin was full and the auger motor was running that it actually couldve turned the switch off for the icemaker is located at the bottom of the icemaker exposed

"Cc that the unit shakes a lot . Ran diag found error code F0E5 off balance load , deleted error code. Ran auto test ,pass . Ran calibration, explain cust that unit only need1-2 tablespoons of detergent and 6-7 bath towels equals a full load. Advice cust that if the unit goes off balance it will try to rearrange clothes but if it fails to do so it will shut down at that point you have to run drain and spin. Unit is working as designed"

"Cc unit not working, when pressing start nothing will happen and no water will enter unit, display is showing. When got here customer plugged in unit, pressed start and unit went into a cycle. I went into diagnostics, tested, no error codes. Went through diagnostics cycle, good, water coming in and draining out properly, spinning my agitating. Went and tried a normal cycle, unit just constantly draining. Tried cancelling or turning off power. Drain still running. Unplugged unit. Started another cycle, quick wash, same problem. Ordering main control and UI and shifter; ordrng 1 W11519742 (Control) and 1 W11406492 (UI) and 1 W11481722 (Shifter)"
