Unit has a lot of soap residue break down inside the machine. They do not have hot water going to the unit so they are running tap cold wash for everything at the same time only using pods the pods do not disintegrate properly in Coldwater I recommend for them to either a fix the hot water side on the washer so they can run a proper clean washer cycle or switch soaps something that is more cold water friendly
