Started a normal cycle and unit had valve on for 50 seconds, check how much water was inside up to pump, check water supply it was half way closed, opened all the way, try to test unit only drain pump is working. Ran diag found error code of 6-1 low/no water , 10-1 dispenser electrical problem , 3-1 thermistor open. Unit is not starting to fill just turns drain pump on. Called BJ had me take ohms on turbidity sensor, is on range unit will need control and water valve is out of range. Also showed cust the broken parts on handle including UI. I was not able to determine where the noise was coming from my cycle the damper assembly along with multiple other components through test mode noise almost sounds like Freon passing through the system. I did not witness the noise the customer was describing while I was in the home. The dispenser is dripping I remove the water filter cleaned it and I had some food grade grease to a few of the fittings. This did not fix the issue ordering a set of water valves and waterline; ordrng 1 W11482383 (Valve) and 1 W10394073 (Water line)
