Cc that the unit was not making ice. Verified temperature and freezer was at 13* so I ran diagnostics and checked for error codes E0 no error codes. Did a harvest and passed also did a fill test but was not receiving enough water opened the door to check filter and there was water all over top shelf filter was not inserted all the way. Reinstalled and tested no more leaks unit was dispensing water faster and ran another fill test and passed. Explained to customer to wait 36hrs for a full bin of ice. Could not find any other problems with unit. Opt test ok.
