Cc that unit started leaking and had a lot of suds. which last call I gave her some of our test detergent packages but says she still had suds and causing it to leak but it only happened that time since that day it didnt do it again. Unit was already running for an hour when i got there waited a while to see what it would do and unit would not leak or have excessive suds i did notice that unit was slanted forward from the top so i leveled it to where the dishwasher was slanted back a little so when the dishwasher is washing the water would not come forward causing a leak as well. Called BJ to see if he had any other ideas and he stated that if she is using pods with rinse aid which she was plus rinse aid from the dispenser it could cause the suds as well. So I explained it to the customer and she said she will try that. Opt test ok.

Followed tech sheet diagnostics cycle and all 3 sprays arms are working in the appropriate cycles, shooting water and rotating normally. All components working properly. rinse aid, corrected, put more in there had sample packets on truck. Went over making sure dishes are set up correctly, making sure hot water is getting to unit first before starting. Correct cycles adding in rinse aid. Also trying added options like hi temp sani rinse. Trying different detergent. Making sure no hard food left over on items in dishes. Making sure to clean filter. Before leaving out finish quantum detergent. Put unit on normal plus hi temp and long heated dry. Customer to monitor, unit working as designed. Op test ok."
