Check rails they had too much live in it and it froze and it was hard to open and close. Got most of it off and tested door, door closes by itself when is almost close all the way. Took temps and fresh food section is at 40* and freezer at 0*. Advice cust to change how the shelf are set to be able to put gallon of milk at the top that will help have a good airflow inside unit. Also to set the freezer to 3 that will help the compressor to cycle faster and avoid freezing foot. Op test ok"

Spinned basket by hand and sounded normal ran a auto test passed asked customer for some towels ran a rinse and spin to test unit and unit running as should no grinding or abnormal sounds. Unit working as designed.
