Cc that unit is making ice but dripping water through dispenser. Verified and found that the icemaker fill cup was frozen causing the water to fall into tray when icemaker called for water. Steamed everything out and tested icemaker and working as should. Customer stated that issue happened after they replaced filter. Verified filter and customer has a generic one instead of a oem filter. Explained to customer the issue with those and would recommend to get a oem one and to make sure that they bleed the lines for the air bubbles once they put the original one on. Icemaker is working as should. Opt test ok.
