"Cc unit not cooling in both sections. Found ice buildup in freezer section. Freezer door not closing all the way, 1/2 gap around door seal. Found both door slides loose, screw sticking on left side causing slide not to retract fully. Tightened screw, and slide mount bolts. Cleared ice from freezer. Evaporator fan running, good airflow to ff section. Set temperatures to recommended in both sections. Advised customer to allow unit to return desired temperature before restocking."

"Cc unit shaking when in a spin, not draining fully sometimes.Customer stated unit will sometimes jump around in spin cycle, clothing will come out wet. Ran diagnostics, no codes stored. Ran auto test and calibration, all functions passed. Ran spin and drain test with 4 large towels. Normal vibration, good drain out. Unit is working as designed. Advised customer about load sizing and mixed materials. If offbalance situations occur, redistribute load and/or run an additional drain and spin cycle."

Cc that the unit is not draining all the way. Found water at the bottom were the filter goes. Press cancel and unit drained water out. Look at the drain hose and to the sink it didnt had a loop. If the look is no theres unit will not properly drain and when you use the sink water can siphon back to the unit. Got the sip tied that was there and adjusted it. Tested unit twice it worked good. op test ok
