Customer is having a drain issue with the machine. I ran a test cycle heating element is functioning wash motor is functioning. Theres no error codes stored. I took the door off I owned out the vent motor it should be between 600 and 1000 ohms I was getting anywhere from open to 7 million ohms. Unit needs a new vent motor. "Cc unit not spinning out clothes, has to go into drain/spin to get to spin. Today I came, found the washer stuck on wash. Cancelled out. Went into test diagnostics, error code was no fill/long fill. Valves are good, correct. Ran test diagnostics, all components are working, spin and agitating. Ran a factory calibration. Put load of washcloths in on quick wash to test out and see what happens. Almost 15 mins unit was just filling and cancelled cycle. Cancelled on wash. Took off pressure hose. Blew through, clear. Retesting on quick wash again. Testing, unit is moving faster through cycle about 15 mins to get out the wash cycle. Locking and rinsing. Couldve been a little debris in pressure hose. Unit is working correctly now. Op test ok"
