Tested valves and checked pressure hose, pass. Advice cust to just use 1-2 tablespoons of detergent and that 6-7 bath towels = a full load. And what things to do when you have a off balance load, if the clothes were still in unit while unit shut down because off balance unit will enter float mode because theres still water dripping from clothes left inside, at that point theyll have to run drain and spin. Also explain that we cant add any more water to unit. Whatever water unit fills with thats the correct amount. If using bigger loads run bulky items cycle. Ran auto test, pass ran calibration. Op test ok"
