I removed float switch and tested it and tested good reinstalled and ran a test cycle and finished perfectly. Explained to customer to monitor for now but could not find any problems with it at this time and i would just be guessing it could of been something stuck under the float switch causing that issue as well. Called BJ to see what he thought and said the same thing just to reset it and have customer monitor for now. Opt test ok.

Scratch in question near door switch mount was due to the fact we had to pry the old door switch out of liner to replace with new. Filled in scratch with white silicone. Knick on drawer handle was not caused by us. Customer stated now unit is not dispensing water or making ice. Checked water pressure into unit from rear connection. Found no water pressure to unit. Dishes were dry, with the exception of plastic ware, which I explained to customer will not properly dry due to plastic dishes unable to hold heat. All dishes in load were clean as well.
