They sent me two of the same large gas valves I double checked the part numbers that I ordered I ordered the correct numbers they were packed incorrectly I installed the gas valve that was provided the unit appears to be working now customer wants the other gas valve installed also its better to do these in pairs anyway. Re-order the smaller gas valve; ordrng 1 WE4X693 (Gas valve)

The unit is unbalanced. The floor that the washer is sitting on has some give allowing it to appear more unbalanced than it actually is. The pet store that its sitting on the feet all the rubber is worn away so its not grabbing the floor allowing it to slide. I leveled it the best I could but its still not technically good enough.

"Cust showed pop, sent pic. CC that they can not dispense ice and have frost around the inside of the freezer. Verified and found that the seal on the freezer door had a gap causing warm air to flow inside the freezer and causing the frost. Steamed out gasket and applied a little Vaseline for better seal."
