Cc that unit stayed locked and would not open lid was not the same issue from previous jobs.Ran diagnostics and did not find any error codes. Looked under washer and found the plastic shroud underneath with a circle mark from pulley spinning on it from a overload explained to customer if they overload the washer and it goes to an off balance unit will pause if theres nobody to pause the washer finding there clothes all wet or washer stock on rinse. Customer did not know they could not go more than half way for a full load. Explained to them 6 to 7 regular bath towels for this unit since its a smaller tub for a full load and 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent to wash there clothes. Ran a calibration and a rinse/spin on unit to verify it would finish. Unit working as designed. Opt test ok.

Cc that oven had white powder inside oven. Verified and it looks like the oven was extinguished at one point leaving all the powdered residue customer was unaware since they just moved in also in front of panel where it vents out from the oven the plastic part of the panel was bubbled from heat but other than that the unit is working as designed. Cleaned out oven reinstalled all parts and tested the unit.Unit is working as designed all burners work and oven preheated as should. Opt test ok.

Place unit in service mode not error codes found rand diagnostics cycle pump is on but unit wont drain, tested for power from control to drain pump 121V, removed pump to check if any obstruction or chopper blades broken, pump is fully functional noticed only a little bit of water being drain, checked drain hose for kinks or clogs, unit has an extension drain hose most likely clogged, Found extension hose preventing unit from draining, advise customer to replace extension hose. Opt test ok! Didnt used and Will take part for return."
