Verified and and found that the the small pan where the water flows through to the ice maker was frozen causing the water to spill all over the ice bin when calling for water and clumping all the ice together. Also found that the main line from back of unit is crimped causing low water pressure for the water valve and causing to leak water in to ice maker when not supposed to and freezing the water causing it to have the problem they had. Customer is concerned that unit door doesnt fill the same, I explained to her that since I installed the new kick plate there would be a little more resistant on the door due to the kick plate insulation, she wanted me to run a cycle to make sure is working, place unit in diagnostics cycle. Cycle completed without any issues. Opt test ok"

Will need to pull unit a couple inches away from wall. Tested temps coming out of back out unit. Low is about 110-115* high is getting up to 170-180*. Unit heat is good and cycling. Vent being blocked, air not circulating correctly."
