"Installed control. Ran diagnostics test cycle. As I was walking out customer ran out and said unit showed pf error. Found unit displaying pf. Found outlet is not grounded. Unplugged and plugged back in and monitored voltage. Unit continued to run. Voltage bouncing between 113v and 108v. Spoke with BJ, per whirlpool we must have a correct outlet. Advised customer they need a licensed electrician come out to and have outlet grounded. Unit was in a wash cycle, customer stated its not filling, its not doing anything but tumbling. Unit had a wet load and was in the middle of wash cycle. I canceled unit. Advised customer to have licensed electrician out. Unit functioning as designed."

Cc that seal on ff section is not sealing properly. Confirmed the seal on top corner has a gap. I steamed out the gasket all around cleaned it as well and applied some vaseline for a better seal and to help prevent the seal from cracking. Unit closing and sealing properly now. Opt test ok.
