"Cc unit is taking too long or not dry. Depending on cycle it will shut down in 2 min. Ran diag found error code of F2E1 UI stuck button, F4E4 L2 line voltage error. When ran auto test on dryer it showed L1 118V L2 121V 239 total. Teste power coming in o unit from L1 to N 121V from L2 to N 121V from L1 to L2 243V. Tested unit on normal and time dry it works and it cycles but when I put unit on diag and try to do a auto test will showed error on L2 line V. Unit will need main control. Also found foil vent tangled behind unit. Explain cust that those flexible foil vents are a fire hazard that they should be replaced and that it should be straight up to the vent at the home. This will cause a long time dry as well. ; ordrng 1 W11089308 (Control)"

The water pressure to the refrigerator is very good customer told me she had a water valve replaced. Customer was still concerned about the cloudiness of the water I explain to her that is the water being aerated. Its an unintentional effect caused by the water valves at the water passes through the reservoir and the filter with the water being manipulated and pushed through all those different systems the water becomes aerated there is nothing that anyone can do about it its the nature of the beast.

When arrive unit was running and it didnt throw error code but customer show me a video so I ran diagnostics and found 5 new errors f4e1 Heater 1 Failure or Connector Problem and f4e2 Heater 2 Failure or Connector Problem and f4e3 Restricted Airflow and f4e4 L2 Line Voltage Error and f4e5 High Limit call senior technician for assistance we took voltage from unit when running and it never drop voltage check all connections on control they are good took unit apart check wires going to heater good did not found no loose or broken wires all looks good my senior tech told me to call whirlpool tech line spoke to robert explain him everything I done and he said it could be a motor issue or control order both if it still show and l2 replace harness next ordering motor and control File#7730284073; ordrng 1 W11448775 (Motor drive) and 1 W11365798 (Control)

"Cc that the unit is not heating up to temp and tha the convection fan isnt working , started unit on convection and fan never turned on unit. Theres nothing preventing it from spinning. Ran a testing on oven and check all relays on control ,pass . Temp sensor was out of range replaced it and calibrated control. Took unit out and check for power has 120V when I touch the plug fan started working one I let go stopped. Theres plugged loose on new fan will need new one.; ordrng 1 W10860984 (Convection fan)"
