Added some clothes to the unit and got them wet and ran drain and spin. Pass. Explain cust that they can load them unit with the prefect amount of clothes or less and it can still go off balance because clothes moves around while cleaning. Pushed down on basket, it bounced once, shock are good. Also I put the clothes all in one side and put it on high speed spin, unit started shaking a lot and cust said this is how it does, explain that I set the unit off balance to show him that is the clothes inside not the unit, if clothes goes on one side they have to rearrange it.
