Cc that unit started making the noise again and not making ice. Verified by taking out cover and found that the plug for the ice maker was not on correctly causing the issue. But for the sound I will be ordering covers and fan because it looks like the fan has a bad bearing causing the sound. Cc that unit will bang around when spinning out clothes and that it even banged around when washing. Verified tub and seemed good she was saying it had a lot of play but I explained to her these washers there tubs move around because of how they are designed. I ran diagnostics and put unit into a high spin and worked fine. So I ran a drain and spin with some clothes customer let me use and found out it wasnt the washer it was the drain hose that was banging on the back panel during the spin cycle. Customer gave me a foam pad and I put it behind the panel to keep drain hose from banging around opt test good.
