When pulled unit out to unplug cold hose found that the hose was kinked . Corrected issue tested hose when it was unplug from washer good water pressure. Put everything back, calibrated unit and started a normal cycle. Op test ok advice cust that if unit is set to normal it will not fill more than half way. I found that the unit was tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection I found a burn mark between the back panel of the washer and the venting to the dryer. With my voltage meter the vent in the dryer has 120 V the vent to the washer has 90 V the vent to the screw that holds the outlet in place has 120 V if the dryer is unplugged vent to the screw holes the outlet in place now it has 80 V. Customer needs an electrician

Upon my arrival customer told me the icemaker is not working. I ran it through a harvest cycle it tested good I ran it through a cycle to test the home positioning of the icemaker tested good I ran it through a icemaker fill test and it came out both icemaker and dispenser indicating that the solenoids on the duel valve has failed and a partial open position. The main water valve in the rear is what is holding the water back at this point needs a new duel water valve; ordrng 1 WPW10341329 (Water valve)

"Cc unit making noise while drum turning. Found a loose screw to baffle, checked all 3, found some coins also stuck. Removed. Tested. No noise. Questions also about unit not stop running. Does stop intermittently. I cleared out a lot of debris build up that led outside the vent. Ran on auto dry for 5 mins, unit got to off and made signal noise. Same for time dry cycle and auto dry permanent cycle. Unit is testing good. ***customer said another company just replaced a fuse inside. If still having problems would suggest replacing timer WPY308254*** letting customer know, advise for a vent clean out."

Found ice buildup on ff evaporator, no airflow in ff section. Ran thermistor tests. All passed. Fan tests passed. Found Rc thermistor reading 5.1k which equates to 53 degrees on the thermistor chart.
