When I replace door it was not closing all the way when letting it go without forcing it to close try steaming gasket and still not closing when letting door go, I called whirlpool tech line there service matter was not working chris advise me to maybe order a new door but then I the side to change the hinge from the old door to new door and I realize the hinge on the damage door was never there so that will bring the door lower and thats why old damage door was closing easy so I try with new door without hinge and it worked.

"Cc unit making noise and leaking. Turned water on to unit, found leaking from rear inlet valve. Plastic housing is cracked, will need replaced. Noise from unit is freezer fan blades hitting ice on freezer evaporator. Evaporator half frosted over. Ran diagnostics, noticed compressor did not turn off, stayed on during diagnostics. While in diagnostics, unplugged dc signal to inverter board. Compressor stopped running. Plugged back in, compressor turned back on, stuck relay on main control. Unit needs main control ; ordrng 1 WPW10628307 (Control board) and 1 W10865826 (Inlet valve)"

"Cc just moved from a different state and brought washer with him. Customer tried running a cycle and never completed, door did not open and getting codes. Ran F3E1 water level sensor error, F8E3 overflow. Plugged in unit and drain pump automatically kicking on, wont turn off. Unplugged unit. Blew through pressure tube, felt a little blockage, was able to blow and get it cleared. Started unit up. Went into diagnostics, ran diagnostics all the way through. Working properly. Ran a drain and spin cycle with a wet load in. Cycled all the way through. Unit test good. Op test ok ** would suggest replacing WPW10448876 water level sensor and W10903220 air trap If happens again."
