"Cc that unit was rattling on back of unit and that it was not cooling properly. When i arrived unit had been unplugged for 2 weeks there was noway of me finding out what was wrong with I did find a service pointer for frost build up in RC but i would be guessing. Explained to them to let it run for now and see if it happens again gave them the estimate for the parts they would need if they were to call back and they have the symptoms of the service pointer i described and showed them we would order the parts if they wanted to proceed with repair.
