The unit was plugged in for only 2 hours before I arrived. I went through the unit The unit has a three phase compressor on start up its pulling 2.3 A which indicates theres pressure being built inside the machine locked rotor occurs at 3.3 A. Theres a frost pattern developing theres good heat transfer main control board visually looks good I dont see any swollen capacitors. The freezer side was about 18? the fresh food side was about 51? I would imagine if the unit was plugged in for a full 24 hours it would operated as design unfortunately I cannot give an accurate diagnosis on this machine everything appears to be working recommended for the unit to stay plugged in even if the issue occurs again and calls back

No adjustment of door. Heated gasket up and stretched around the entire gasket. Gasket is still the same, gasket is sealing properly. Found the cabinet side is actually bowed out slightly which is giving the appearance that the gasket is not sealing evenly. Advised customer as long as gasket is sealing and no functionality concerns arise, that this will be ok."
