Cc that unit is not washing dishes and her friend replaced the heating element already. Tested unit and pump is working but unit is not heating. Ran diagnostics and found fault code F7E1 control disabled the heater. Most likely since the heater they changed was probably bad control disabled the heater and only way to get back going was running a test cycle and letting the heater reset. Let it reset tested unit and it was heating recommended customer to monitor.
