Built in. About 20 years old, customer had paperwork still which did have model/serial on it but didnt have which model.Cc unit will start defrost food in FZ then freeze everything back up. On and off constantly every couple of days but will not completely stop working. Took temps, fz 20 and FF 40. Good frost pattern. When trying to turn off unit by FZ thermostat. Hard to move. Cust has a saddle valve connected to the supply line (see pic), advised cust the flooding?hazard associated with this type of valve, recommended cust have the valve replaced with an?inline valve. "Found heater connector disconnected and found ice buildup underneath ice maker took bin out to melt ice from unit, contacted Austin from tech line, and ran harvest test from T to H and voltage test from N to L found 0.119 vac, tech line advise to reset breaker due to the unit going on an standby mode. Reset breaker box and have 119 vac from L to N ran harvest test and pass."
