Ran diagnostics and calibration as well as a normal cycle with large towels go the towels really wet, cancel the cycle and switch to drain and spin, unit was rocking a bit, leveled the unit ran drain and spin opt test ok."

"Installed vent motor and tube. Ran wash test, ghost button presses still present during cycle. Called wp techline, Drew, check voltage again at j-box. Check for feedback through N and ground. Found 4vac running through N and ground. Found ground improperly connected to j-box causing a floating ground. House wiring does not have a dedicated ground wire, using shield as ground loop, but shield was not connected to j-box at installation, no lock ring on box connector. Connected unit ground wire directly to shield. Ran wash test for 15 minutes, no UI ghost button issues present. Op test good."

Tested defrost function opt test no good heater was not turning on heater had continuity and the new bimetal that was installed prior visit had 120vac.Called BJ and had me jump out the bimetal wires to see if the heater turns on and it did and also BJ explained that if the bimetal had 120vac while in defrost bimetal is bad because it should be open with no voltage for the heater to receive the 120vac it needs to turn on. Will need a new bimetal installed. Ordering part.; ordrng 1 WPW10225581 (Bi-metal)
