I verified error codes and no codes, so I set both ovens to preheat to 350* to see how long they take and if the temps are correct. Both units took about 13mins to preheat to 350* which is perfect than I waited about 10mins to 15mins to let the ovens cycle for an average temp and it was around 360 t0 370 on both ovens units are working as should and reaching temps at perfect time opt test good."

Cc that unit only works on whites cycle and it will not spin out clothes or wont start on color cycle. Ran diagnostics and found error code F0E5 off balance load no other codes were stored ran a test cycle on unit and passed. Looked underneath washer to make sure everything looked good and everything was perfect no oil or nothing. Ran another test cycle for customer so see that unit was working as should and explained to her what happens if unit goes off balance but I could not find any issues with unit at all ran through everything separately to make sure everything was good even started the color cycle and it started and washed as should recommended customer to make sure there not using colors with soak because it will soak clothes for a while before it starts washing as of now unit working as designed.
