Cc that freezer is not cooling. Verified issue by connecting the gages to verify pressure and found -15psi on the low side and 95psi on the high side also found leak in the inner back panel of the freezer where the cap tube come out of. Called whirlpool tech line and spoke with Scott by video chat and showed him all of the dye that was leaking from the back panel and dripping into the drain pan. Scott documented everything and said he would contact customer for what would be the next step with the issue.
