Check freezer door gaskets and door close op. Both checked good, advised customer door may have been cracked open to let warm air in. Ran compressor test, no abnormal sounds heard from compressor. "Cc that the unit is making a noise. Confirmed, whe press cancel to drain water unit started making a noise like something was stuck in the drain pump, confirmed. Found a piece of plastic from bottom rack wheels. Removed, also verify drain hose is installed properly. showed cust, put everything back together and tested unit and ran diag. Got error code of 5-1 door stuck open, when running cycle diverter was clicking, but it was working good, took temps found 175* when test cycle was done. Started new cycle. Op test ok."
